In December 2009, Everglade won the coveted G09 Social Housing Project of the Year Award, for our work on the Larden Road development in London. This complex of new build and refurbishment mixed-use buildings was completed on time and under budget. We were involved early in the design process and advised Durkan, the main contractor on practical ways to make savings without compromising quality.
